Player ranks - quick realism fix

It always bothered me in SH3 that BdU would give a lowly Leutnant command over a boat.

It's easy to change it however: go into de_menu.txt (or en_menu.txt if you prefer SH3 in English) and find the following lines:
----------------------------------------------------
170=Leutnant z. S.; Oberleutnant z. S.
171=Oberleutnant z. S.; Kapitänleutnant
172=Kapitänleutnant; Korvettenkapitän
173=Korvettenkapitän; Fregattenkapitän
----------------------------------------------------
Change these into:
----------------------------------------------------
170=Oberleutnant z. S.
171=Kapitänleutnant
172=Korvettenkapitän
173=Fregattenkapitän
----------------------------------------------------
You now start your career as a Oberlt. I don't think many players will ever reach the highest rank as most players spend their renown on sub upgrades.

This have always bothered me too. Thanks for the info on how to change this.
This is something that SH3 Commander should have. It should also be so that the player start as Kapitänleutnant untill somtime in 1942 when it became more frequent to see even Oberleutnants as commanders.

BdU did sometimes give command of a boat to a lowly Leutnant. Of course it didn't happen all the time as it does in the game.
