I am looking for a mod to upgrade attack periscope that u-boats used.

Can you clearify your question ? What do you mean with that, the look (through) the lense ?

Have you tried MaGui, here: http://174.123.69.202/~subsimc/radio...d.php?t=166320
On first page there are many pictures (e.g. from the attack scope). Is this that what you want ?
