Default Dolphins off the port bow!

May 4 1943
Local time 17:42

U-71 just finished refitting with the German supply ship Corrientes at the neutral port of Las Palmas off the African coast.

One of the lookouts spotted these....

I saw them while being re-armed by the Bessel. Got to take your hat off to the lads who created them, so clever. A Blue whale and her calf would be spectacular, along with their beautiful singing.

I love nice details like that.

I'll have to look for them. Thanks for letting me know they are there.

Whats even better is they are a mod..not stock part of the game as such.

They were supposed to be in the game but the devs never finished them. One of the modders found the dolphins while looking through the SH3 files and they did a jury rigging on them to get them in the game.

Nice job spotting them

That's one of the things I like about his game. You never know what you'll see while out on patrol.

I was looking foward to seeing these sucessfully being added in. Which mod adds them? HT? Or is there a stand-alone mod to add just dolphins without any other changes?

Hmmm, I've looked for this mod you all speak of but do not find it in the downloads. In fact nothing of the sort.

Could someone post a link?

Because it is not an individual mod..It is in the Harbar traffic mod.You need that to see the dolphins.

Default Dolphins etc.

Makes you wonder what other nice things were left out of the game, just a little more time and the game could have been completed, what a shame. It would be nice to see just one game developer with enough integrety to make things right, above all else... and carry through what they told you they would do. -Nightowl :hmm:
