HELLO! And My Thanks!

To The People Of Subsim.com,

Hello! First off I would like to say thank you for making my sub games more enjoyable, and EASIER to understand! Thanks for the hours of work that goes into the various web duties and file hosting! I found Subsim a few years ago when I was playing Janes 688i. From this site I was able to learn how to LAUNCH my torpedo, how to LAUNCH a cruise but most of all how not to keep getting my proverbial A** handed to me every time I went out on a mission. After getting my 'dolphins', after hours of reading the posts and trying new strategies I was able to engage in online matches and win a few!

I became interested in submarines after reading Red Storm Rising by Tom Clancey. From there I read Hunt For Red October. . I was hopelessly hooked. I began reading all I could afford and borrow. I then had a copy of silent hunter 3 presented to me this past fathers day, along with a few Michael Demercurio Novels. So I have come out of hiding and am once again called to duty! this time I was fortunate to have discovered the GREYWOLVES! ALL I Can say is WOW. This is Massive. I haven't even scratched the surface! I am still learning how to setup my torpedo properly! If there are any of the GW team still around I salute you! Thank you for this! Truly an experience!

Well, I am reading Battle of The Atlantic and Rise and Fall of The Third Reich presently. I am earning my Quals on SH3 and loving every minute of it!

Thanks again!

I am from LV, Nevada and I am 38 with 2 children and a wonderful and beautiful wife. I run my own PC repair and Service business (killing the big competitors with personal service and affordable prices) and have a small home with 2 dogs and a cat who thinks shes human.

Thanks for reading!

Aloha and welcome!
Thanks for the detailed introduction and good to see more people of my age group coming to this site
And the snoopy Penguin's got his first question: as there are several books by that title; by what author is the "Battle of The Atlantic" book that you're reading? .
