Looking at all those lost tiles, she wont that difficult to track, just follow the trail of tiles.

After looking over the pics, I'm not sure those are loose/lost tiles. They're symmetrical on both sides of the boat.
I'm speaking of the three black rectangles that look "disorderly" on the boat's bow, forward of the planes. The pierside pic shows them on the starboard side, and the waterside shot shows them on the port side - they're angled and arragned the same way on both sides. Flood vents, perhaps?

Note that there is a LARGE section of tiles removed...
That isn't hydrodynamic or stealthy. And edge that can cause a disruption in water flow could kill a submarine.
