The V-2 rocket engine is very interesting. I would love to take a closer look at that.

Another one is the Midland Air Museum at Coventry...



Good pics AJ, often thought about trekking down the 180 to this museum.

ACK! That's a Sea Vixen! Always wanted to take a close look at one of those. I have a thing for twin tail booms.

The Air-Zoo in Portage, MI is a temple of sorts for me. I really need to go without the kids though.

cheers, look a decent museum that, might have to have a trip at some point. Anyone been to the one at Newark? Might have some pics, I'll have a scout around me HDD...

EDIT: apparently not got some from the Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington if anyone's interested?

I went to "Southport"air show last Saturday they had a Hunter jet flying there low level stuff it was awsome,also some other planes like the GRmk4 Tornado,Swordfish,Spitfire Mk9,Battle of Britain memorial flight (minus the hurricane for some reason) and the vulcan bomber will post pics of them when i develop the film.
