Never happen.
First, the American people as a whole are too stupid. Americans don't vote by facts, they vote by the best propaganda, sound bites, silly ideals, etc.. Congress is just a reflection of how dumb we are. Second, it would never get through congress, they're crooked, but smarter than the people. |
