There's a boat load (no pun intended) of skins available from my FF site (link above my sig) but my favourite in IX terms is that one above.

Tis a nice well worn/weathered look IMHO.

I dont expect there would be a skin for the VIIB (this is the one i'm in at the moment) would there?,if not then never mind.

There may well be but I can't say for sure....don't download the Fubar files part 1, 2 etc but rather go for the files that stipulate the U-boat type such as VIIB, C etc. that your after.
