What is the best video game you have ever played?

I used to buy a lot games so this is a difficult task. I list my favourites by category:

Strategy:
Rome Total War - absolute number one!

Victoria: An Empire Under Sun
Civilization 2 & 3
Settlers 3 & 4 (not combat side of them)
Sim City 4 - fits best to this category
Space Empires 4

Action:
Hitman: Blood Money - very fun game! One problem, I have lost the disc

Fallout series: Fallout 1 & 2 (refuse to work on my PC

) and Fallout 3. Fallout: New Vegas maybe my next fav when I get my hands to it.
GTA: San Andreas - very fun, especially because my game got bugged and I got M-4 with infinite ammo, lucky me!

Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion

Simulators:
Silent Hunter 4
Flight Simulator X - just would like to know why my approach to Stockholm - Arlanda in 737 always fails.

I and my brother have (available to both) combined collection of about 30 games. First being Flight Simulator for Windows 95 and second being Grand Theft Auto. I was about 12 when I bought then brand new original GTA. Nobody asked about age in 1998!

Why wont F1 and F2 work? have you tried http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=9 it is a site for only Fallout 1 and 2(well they mention the others) if someone can help you it would be here.

Also for my Vista machine I have to open the app by going to its base folder and clicking the game icon from there then they will work for me.
