Default Fine Then, Here I Am

I know with my last 2 or 3 threads, I forgot which few websites I fake my age on. This is one where I DON'T.

Well - clearing the air - this is who I am. Now nobody can accuse me of lying about everything.

My name is actually Anthony, and I'm 17 years old.

I drive a Ford Mustang GT that I recently got after selling my Mustang v6

I am trying and succeeding at losing weight.

I plan on going into the United States Air Force after high school.

In a year, I do plan to buy a rifle.

I swing dance all the time, I play the trombone, baritone, guitar, and a little bit of tenor sax.

I work - a lot. I have 3 jobs.

I actually do love to research and develop things for my own good.

My several friends of mine are authors and producers.

Anything else you want to know? Go ahead and ask

I have a question:

How long do you think it'll be before Tribesman arrives?

Nobody has, the accusation was that you are a seemingly compulsive liar (as has been clearly demonstrated) which therefore makes things you claim as true very very questionable.

Anthony, only YOU know the truth, no-one here will know, unless you get all of us into a meeting hall and present the facts, face to face.
Having said that, why is it so important for you to press home the truth that only you know?
Is it guilt? Is it attention that you want?
If it was me, i would not have bothered with this thread, for how can you truly convince everyone of your REAL situation?
This thread will do nothing to dispel any doubts that we have had before this thread.
In fact, it may further fuel another spam thread, or worse, shoot your credibility down the hill even further.
My post is not meant to offend you, or to hold you to task, it is my view only, and should be taken with an open mind.
All i can say is, you know the truth, there is no need to make an issue out of it.
Your future posts will hold all the weight of credibility that you perhaps seek from members.
Or they will not. Up to you.

The guilt prompted this thread.

I screwed up bad when I forgot which websites I fake an age on (and trust me, almost all young people fake their age on at least a few sites)

Ok, well, if it's that, spell that out in your original post. Be frank, Don't go into detail of what you do, or how old you are, no facts.
Just a simple and brief account of why you are posting this thread. Not repeating what you have already told us in the other threads.
There would be more respect from people i would think, if you were frank and open with why you are posting this, rather than rehashing 'old' news and finishing off your OP with "any more questions"? "Ask away"? Seems a little useless as we will never know the actual facts to your situation unless we met you.
If it's guilt, then say so. If it's important to you, that members change their views on you, say so. If it's important to you what other people think about you, think about what you post.
REMEMBER: It is impossible to prove facts about yourself on the net, certainly here, unless you scan and upload original documents to Neal and he shares that info with members, which is not going to happen.
Remember also: your future posts will determine your standing.
Good luck.

To be honest I could care less about what you do. As long as you don't act like a twit then I can garner respect for you.

I believe it is Steve who constantly tells the trolls and liars that post threads that the only thing we can use to form our opinion of you, is what you post here. If you post useful, intelligent and respectful threads, that don't attack people or just seek to have an honest discussion, then I know I can go post in that thread without thinking anything of it.

When you start posting things like "I drive a Mustang GT", " I own horses", "I've got an inheritance that got me all these things". I don't care and that's when I start entering threads with posting constructive things as the last thing on my mind.

Anyways, just be honest, respectful and be ready to learn things (I still learn things here every day) and I'm sure you won't have to worry about what members think of you

Cheers,

Krauter

There is a saying, I think it goes back to Laotse:

I hope you are truly being honest in your post here and that being "caught"(I assume someone called you out on this) has taught you that telling lies is not going to to get you very far in life.(unless you plan on going into politics)

This is very true with the military where lying and being dishonest is very much against the values of the military. If you are caught lying about something directly related to duty you will get into serious trouble and goes against the core values of the military.

The Air Force Core values:

Integrity First

Service before self

Excellence in all we do

Notice the first thing? That is how important being honest is.If a person has no integrity how can you trust them?
If you are dishonest in one way then that makes people distrust you because all they have to judge you buy is obvious dishonesty.

Another thing you should consider Anthony is that many members of the military come from lower class hard working backgrounds and they tend to dislike those
who brag about how much money they have or what they might have so if you do this sort of thing you will find that you will not make many friends this is very true in basic and tech school where people are the most homesick they are not going to want to hang around with someone who brags.

If you want to make goo lasting friends you will get much farther by being yourself and not what you think impresses people.I say that because you seem to not be all that confident in yourself. And if you still behave the same way in the military it will catch up with you I guarantee it.
