I'll have to work out how to become a rich American so I can afford to go on a trip like that. Sounds like he's having a wonderful time.

he should be able to get free passes for his Mum & Dad, it's only right!!

Actually he's working on that....we nearly got a free cruise to Alaska last year but the ship was fully booked.

His mum wants to be on a cruise on his particular ship when he is on duty and whilst I can understand her feelings I'm not so sure that is such a good idea.

His ship MV Ryndam is not the newest in the Holland-America fleet but for some reason I can't fathom out it is usually the first to be fully booked.
