I'm currently trying to look or possible locate the CV-9 Essex done by Cdre Gibs,
i can't seem to find it and no one has responded to me asking for a link to download it.....any help locating would be great

I have found the very first of my files for the carrier model on an old memory stick i left at my sisters place.

Good and bad news.

The file is in sketchup, it's the original file i downloaded. the good news is it's a brilliant model and very nicely done.

Bad news is that i have no idea how to convert it to OBJ format. and then to proceed to put her into game as playable with a texture and weapons.

i Wanted this texture from the hornet to go onto the Carrier to pay sort of a respect to the USS hornet that sank in 1942.

If i upload the original model, would someone convert her to OBJ and proceed to get her into the game as a playable carrier for the entire us campaign?
Or just convert her and I'll do what i can to get her playable.

Here's the new model of the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Some upgrades and extra's for you.

Added a Few jets to the deck for all of you to enjoy!

Nice smooth overall hull don't you think so!

Added a Bulbous bow onto the ship for more realism ^^!

Added a nice little crane for a bit more shape, And two life boats for fun!

It's going to take me a good while on my own to get her playable. I want to ask if anyone is up to helping me get her up to Par! ????
I would really appreciate the help as i've not got much experience in this sort of thing.

If any of you do want to help, please post back letting me know.

Don't know if it's up to standards, but hope you like the model

I need someone to convert her to OBJ. please let me know if anyone can help...

With google sketchup pro you can convert to obj.
