There are so many browsers to choose from in Linux I can't remember which browsers apart from FF I tried. I was thinking of reinstalling Ubuntu or Redhat on the old pc as shes just sitting there gathering dust, no need for me to dual install on my win 7 machine as I probably would never boot to linux quite happy with Win7, but on the old pc I would at least load linux up from time to time.

Ok I got Ubuntu 10.4, SuSe which is quite old 2002 version if I remember right and redhat 7 which is an oldie as well. Might give that Kubuntu a try. Problem I always have with Ubuntu is the nvidia drivers it would only accept generic drivers from the disk any other linux driver made the OS crash. |
