That is the one, according to reports there was a fight between a Russian and Venezuelan naval commander aboard the Russian flagship that resulted in some bad relations and perhaps canceled weapon orders between those two countries.

I wonder how many Russian submersibles are lying off the US east and west coasts right now?

Of course they're not visible though are they

One each, the K-219 off the east coast and the K-129 (half of her anyways) off the west coast...
