1 Teaspoon whole Sizzling Seeds
2 Green Finger Chillies in thin slices including the seeds
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
300ml Pureed Onion
Roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
