A new version of FOTRS is under construction so this topic is not for history !

Now iam starting debugging cause my testers reported some bugs.
So it will took a while .....

Yamato, I´m not a new guy, and I like very much FOTRS. The new version seems a possibility of a definitive supermod for SH4. All we are waiting. And we know of the difficulties and need of debugging; I´m a member of the HAHD development team for SH3 and I know about the problems.

Hi Captains,

all ships are debugged now and the shippment is ready.
The latest construction was the Mahan-Class Destroyer.

I reworked the Liberty :

Here you can see an Vessel build by "Iambecomelive" for SH3. I converted and reworked this vessel for SH4 with SH4 Damagemodell.

Now the campaign is under construction, thats will take a while

Just 1 question in previous version you can start your career in Milan,Pearl,Midway etc,I would like to ask if it would be possible to transfer in late war to some where like Guam or Sipan in 45 (if possibe)

MadMax, this is a great mod and I have been playing it since it was ready for DL. Is there any way to eliminate the cheering after a torp hit? I have tried Websters "No more cheers" mod but it does not work. My other ? is , can the subs be made harder to see at night by enemy ships when they are on the surface? I spent 8yrs. in the US Navy on board Destroyers and I will tell you tjat in the middle of the ocean on a dark night, I couldn see a sub on the surface unless it was to late to do any thing. However, on a Moon lit night , one can see far enough that a sub would have to be submerged of fire from a long distance. Then the odds of getting a torp hit is much greater. Other than that, FOTRS is a geat mod.

Hi otto,

iam working on the visual balance between subs and DD´s.
The Cheers after torpedohit is easy to delete.
Disable the mod and then you go to data/sound/speech of the mod.
There you see subfolders from 1 - 9
In this 9 folders you will find the OGG-File "ChE_K_Torpedo_impact"
Delete this file in every of the nine folder an then activate the mod again.
Then you will here the stock "Torpedo impact"
