here in Depth-dependent hydrophone by TheBeast and Xrundel included is (in the historical version) and I don´t need anymore the MOD "Periscope and Antennas fix" (historical Version) ?

That's right.
You will need it only if you are not happy with the way hydrophone works and decide to uninstall it. Then historical_fix will needed to take care of periscopes and antennas.
As for now you can remove it (or just leave it there), new mod overwrites file anyway.
