still not convinced, no nuggets to see. Take a look at the gigantic hands (not in the close shot, but when he/she holds the burger)

I would need a Crocodile Dundee test to confirm that that's not a dude.

I'm sorry, all I can invision on a Japanese McDonalds menu is, Kitten Mc Nuggets. Remember the song, McDonalds is your kinda place, they throw hamburgers in your face, stick french fries up your nose and even between your toes.

KFC Sells kebabs in china

and cheese chicken balls
