The bluge is at fit the bottom of the missile while the rest goes up throught the hull in to the sail, like on the Golf class SSB (which China also operates.)

She seems to be serviceable:

Plus they need to have some platform for testing SLBMs for the new Jinn class SSBNs since that Xia's never go to sea.
