Sober,
This is a very good and helpful write-up. I still am not sure what screen to do this in: "If you want to start in any campaign then on the next screen type in silentotto There is actually no where to type it , just type it while the campaign screen is in view. This will bring up all the campaigns" What does this screen look like?
