Found out what the problem was, SH5 doesn't like my dual card config. Have to disable Crossfire before playing. ALl fine

Seems quite arcady to play though, not like SH3 that's for sure lol

Never played SH3, but 5 with Magnum Opus, IRAI, TDW´s UIs, Dynamic Environment and a couple of other mods is far from arcadish

Yes it is arcady as stock, but is easily fixed with a few mods.

Install Magnum Opus, New UI's and IRAI. And turn the difficulty to 100%. That is all that is needed to get the game feeling like SH3.
