Found what I will get. A 74 Vette Stingray

Not bad, always liked the 74- longest of the vette hoods but least powerful smallblock engine of the 70's vettes. I do remember those being the first year of the emission control GM's, and IIRC the first year of the plastic wrapped bumpers.

You're thinking of the 73'

And the 74 still runs on leaded gas so I can't imagine its emissions controlled.

Chrome bumpers period were done away with for the 73 model year
