It's a bad speaker.
They heat up a bit and can cause all kinds of weirdness.
If the switch still shows bad on the right side?
It's internal to the system.
well I changed sides and found out that it is the amplifier which has the problem.
Now what should I do?

Did you locate what is broken or not working in the right way, there may be something simple, not need to be any opaque

Could be .. but sounds a bit far-fetched unless it has clogged the cooling element in the amplifier, I had on my Nad amp, a problem, and I blew out the system by playing loud about 150 watts, the amp is 300 watts and it helped in fact if the neighbor who lives 700 yards away was not so happy to hear RnB music .. so close in to

Do you have any instruments that can help you, to see that it goes over power to the unit, you've indicated that this came suddenly and there is reason to believe that it is possible to remedy the situation, darkfish is working of course with electronics, among other things, what is his reaction to this now.....

Hehe, it's not that I'm some kind of wizard with electronics or something I think someone like Privateer who's got experience with sound systems is much more helpful here.

I'd say check for loose connections inside the thing. (remember, slightly touching is often the same as loose) Sometimes a good ole smack can help as well. If it doesn't, well, what's broke already can't break again, can it?
If you can find none, as Vendor says, do you have any instruments at your disposal? An oscilloscope would be a huge help to determine where it goes wrong.
