Some of those other mods I wouldn't be sure about, but some could conflict, some probably overwrite changes by other mods anyway. The added ships probably won't show up in RSRD traffic. I would back mods out. If you don't want TMO, maybe try GFO. Either way add mods one at a time and try them first if you're not sure what they do.
