I have been three years learning russian in private lessons, but sadly my job and family didn't allow me to dedicate many hours, and I even had to quit this year before being able to speak it. However I can understand it acceptably and more or less express myself in ordinary situations. Knwoing german as I do was a great help, because both languages have many similiarities and even common words and expressions.

In Russian it is a lot of words similar on English on sounding and sense. By the way, here to you a film, in Russian with a caption... I recommend
