I'm sure it is something with my specific system but coincidentially it became more frequent after I moved to TMO2.1. Also, after scanning this forum and UBI's I found "a lot" of other members having this issue.

However, my scanning did find a suggestion that I think applies to me and I am trying it out now. What I learned from another post on the UBI forum has to do with the size of the saves the more saves you do on one patrol. The advice was to watch the HD activity when you start the save and don't go back to the game until that activity returns the normal heartbeat type blinking. The thought being that returning to the game may interrupt the save of all the information, hence resulting in a bad save. My experience has been since I take alot of saves, that somewhere over 8 is when I started getting bad ones. Nothing more specific than that for now.
