yeh i use IRAI 30...and like i said all i did was go to 130M deep and slow ahead with silent running and once in awhile i would all stop. DC did go off but they never even rocked my boat.

Funny thing is last night i attacked a convoy that had 1 DD escorting it, torp hit a boat, and the DD never flinched...I actully surfaced my boat and ran straight at the convoy and gunned one of them to death, and the DD never wavierd...I dont understand why...

when i hit the carrier, those did, they automaticly turned in my direction and came for me, but seeing as i was so deep they couldnt use sonar on me just hydro...

A single escort leading a convoy with no other escorts will not leave it's post. It will radio for help/support though.

ahh i see, though i would have thought the rest of the convoy would have started to zig zag or something lol, they just kinda stayed on course

good point. I'll have to look at IRAI again and see if I overlooked this
