No. Do not ask the Swiss. Don't pressure them, don't do anything. Just leave them alone. They put a lot of effort into becoming a good, neutral, prosperous, and beautiful country with a laissez-faire economy and I will not have you ruining it by demanding disclosure of bank statements to pursue impotent former tyrants. Find some other way.
