OK, it looks like there is some positive feedback, so I will work to get this released as soon as possible. Truth be told, I've been dreading this project thinking it would be too difficult without knowing any German. Then I stumbled onto etheberge's German map labels mod, and realized he has already completed over half of the work already.

YES, permission granted. There will be documentation in the readme file that states no written permission is needed, so long as you credit myself and the other contributors of the mod.

Thanks, it was fun to do the translation but a real pain to create all the dds files and get them to align properly in game, as you know. If you want to add even more labels it'd be nice too, I think I already forgot half the steps :-)

So looking forward to this.The nav map in OM seems bugged.When I zoom in an area reads AN15 and when I zoom out it reads AN153 or something like that with overlapping lines that make no sense.Also my mission is to patrol AN15 and the mission marker on the map is nowhere near AN15.So carry on and know that many people are looking forward to your work.
