Helicopter battle kicks up dust in West Hollywood

What the......? Aw... what a misleading thread title. I was hoping this would have something to do with a movie scene with a helicopter battle being filmed or perhaps a military exercise or maybe even a couple of flamboyant civilian helicopter-jockeys dogfighting over the streets of Los Angeles. And what do I get? A legal battle over some rich prick landing his helicopter on some hotel roof.
