Recharge Time torpedoes and fuel at ports

Do you mean a waiting time for the harbour or port to refit you? In sh-4 there would be a popup box saying that refit would take 5 hours or so. In sh-5 there seem to be dockworkers from hyperspace that refit you before you can blink your eye. Unrealistic and not to mention unimmersive and another example of dont fix it if it aint broken . Lots of things like this were removed or not carried over to sh-5 for some reason. But as far as i know there is no mod for it. But i guess there will be somewhere allong the line because it think its not to hard to do.
