When uninstalling did you delete your SH4 Folder in My Documents? Before installing again?

Yes my problem is with SH 4 both the 1.o v and the Gold ver. or SH 4 1.5. And yes I did post it on the SH4 mods site and got some good answeres, however, after tryingthem, I still cannot get it to start.
