Me? Any WW2 Setting, from a German Perspective.

Would love to portray someone like Michael Wittmann, the tank commander and ace.
Or portray the genius of Erwin Rommel, the desert fox.

Not enough German veiwpoint films. Yes WWII would be my setting and like you I would probably do a Wittman\Barkhorn Normandy theme. Hill 112, Carpriquet airfield and its defense by HJ.

Or maybe the not so well known battle of the Courland pocket.

Yes it's sad that there are so few movies about WW2 from a German perspective.

The true stories of Captain von Müller eclipse anything any fiction writer could come up with. Honestly if you made a movie about the SMS Emden, a lot of people would think it was not true and not possible.

Hmm... WW2 movie on the eastern front(preferably as a tank commander, but a infantry man works) (and not one of those stupid ones with a silly love story...) Or a WW1 (whats more fun than a non lethal massed charge?)movie.

Hmm. or maybe a sci-fi movie.

I don't really have the build for on screen acting, but a voice in a fantasy anime movie would be pretty nice, but I'd have to be the villain I think, they have much more fun and are much more fun to act as.

One of those gritty sci-fi type movies, on the harder side of science fiction, something like BSG if there was a lot more action. I'd probably go with being 'one of the guys', either as a footsoldier or ship crewmember (if a crewmember, preferably somewhat higher on the food chain) - there's no way I'd make it to the end of the movie or get in with the girl, but I'd kick some sweet arse and die a righteous death

Probably an Austro-Hungarian field officer on the Italian Front in World War I, where I'll most likely either be utterly incompetent or tragically die. Either that or a mercenary commander in the Thirty Years' War. I'll need to wear an awesome hat in either case, of course.

I'd do a movie similar to The Thin Red Line. IMO, it's probably the most accurate war film ever made when it comes to the mental gymnastics someone overseas in the military, in a real sh**ty environment goes through. Not enough is said about that. It's all blood and thunder when there's so much one grapples with internally.
