I am pretty sure the host knows what the word is, just look how she grins at 0:40 when she says that she doesn't know it

Just want to add, in case it isn't clear, that the word means exactly the same as in English, in fact it is a word borrowed from the English language, I'm pretty sure the dutch don't have an own word for it - Germans don't have one either.
