[REL] sobers 3D deck spray mod

Just tested it and it looks great. Bow spray in general looks much better (always thought the amount of spray in the vanilla game was too sparse).

Combined with your wave mechanics (V15) it looks awesome!!

No FPS drop at all even on my below spec 7900GTX 512MB. I do however use the Antilag mod and have fixed my FPS at approx 32.
