Check to make sure you don't have both the LwAmi_Mod and LwAmi_Mod_APAD activated. It's either one or the other, so choose.

Well that seems to be pretty important info that shouldve been included in a simple stupid text file... i downloaded the mod as soon as i installed DW, the mod had 10 mods within it with no other info... so now based on what you are saying i think i now have it down to 3 , or 4 from that list.. I had to remove one that was a font mod or something cause it made the fonts un readable....
