I wouldn't waste money on it...

How often do you change/update drivers? And how many?

Optimized drivers or drivers with added functionality usually are sendt to Microsoft by their manufacturers for a WHQL certification and you'll get the most important ones that way (Microsoft Update).

The only driver I (used to) regular upgrade is for my graphics card and then I'll always go directly to the developer, in this case AMD. And only because of the added functionality.

Drivers for the rest of the equipment is best left untouched unless there's something wrong.
