SH5 Installing problem

Can someone throw me a live vest ?

I just bought Silent Hunter 5 last night and installed it but I’m not able to run it.

When I was installing the game I got a message box saying “The software you are installing has not passed Window Loge testing to verify its compatibility with Window XP. This software will not be installed. Contact your system administrator”
And when I tried to run the game after installing it I got another message box saying “This application has failed to start because d3dx9_42.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. “
I tried to install it again but got the same problem ……………..

I would appreciate if someone can help me …
