Unethical and disgusting

I still remember my medical examination when I enrolled in this foreign tertiary education institution. The male doctor asked me to drop my pants....I obeyed because thought was necessary. Of course nothing happened but I found out later it was not part of the procedure as the other people who was inspected by different doctor didn't have to drop their pants. I felt angry.

All humor aside, if the allegations are true then I agree, the penalties handed out should be severe.
