You can do a Whois and get the IP address which bypasses DNS issues.
If you still can not get there with the IP address? Then IP filtering is being used. |

I do not know the IP address of yahoo.
I called the ISP they told me the net info was having problem. I concluded the DNS server for the whole country is having problem as they also told me that other ISPs are having the same problem. I just hope it's not about the government putting up some filtering machine. ![]() I'll try to use the ip directly next time.
