Hi Magic1111
Just like I do for sh3, 4 or 5; I just copy and paste the full game in another folder and all those copies work real well ( same or other hard drives). I never had any problem with the games savings either. Good luck ! andredr |

Mmmmh, I think you don´t understand what I mean ?! I know the solution that you mean, but the Problem is, that all Savegames goes into the same Folder under ...\My Documents\SH5 For Example: In SH3 and SH4 we have an MOD (or Tool), that modify an .dll File in the Main Directory of the Game, so we can change the Name of the Folder under ...\My Documents\ from SH3 to "GWX" or "LSH" or "WAC", and the savegames from the three Super-MODs for SH3 goes into the right Folder. That means, I can create an Career in GWX today and leave the port and go on patrol. On Mid-Patrol I save the game and go back to desktop. A few minutes later I can run the sh3.exe from the Super-MOD WAC or LSH and I go also on patrol and save the game with WAC. Now I´ve beeing at the same time with two Super-MODs for SH3 on Mid-Patrol and can choose, by what for a Super-MOD I continue (today with GWX, tomorrow with WAC...and so on). This is possible, because the two Super-MODs in my example uses NOT the same Folder for Savegames ! And this is what I want for SH5: To have a Tool, where I can Rename the Folder for Savegames from SH5 to what I want ! Best regards, Magic |
