Privateer is correct...the mod was never released but it may be possible using the 'date' function in Commander to make it 'seasonal'.

One of the 'iced-up' skins I use is the one by Shaffer 4 a beautifill Type VII skin....I can upload if anyone would like it.

There's also a Standalone Weather mod that might with, a little work, do this.
