I had this too, to fix it go to the User CP on the left of the top bar in the forum, go to your user options, and scroll down. Somewhere there it has a post viewing order which defaults to "Newest First", just change that to "Oldest first" to get it in chronological order.

Don't worry about it. We usually only complain when someone resurrects an old thread without warning and then responds to a specific post as if it was made five minutes ago.
