I was thinking about this the other day. I have never played a multiplayer mission, so I don't know how feasible this is.
Would it be possible to load the normal campaign items in a multiplayer game? That way, you have several people on patrol at the same time, free to do as they want. It would even allow you to use real wolfpack tactics. "U-123 spotted a convoy, grid such 'n such, speed so 'n so, course this 'n that. He's keeping in contact." There's bound to be some problems regarding TC and such, but I don't know how this is handled in normal multuplayer games... Would this idea work though? |
