Have you had one before? Gonna change the way you play sims. You're going to wonder how you ever played them without it!

Great present!

Nope, I had not! This is my first one. I've already flown a few hours in FSX and it's a wonderful experience. About to boot up IL-2 and DCS Warthog to see how those go down. Should be a wonderful experience.

Reading Mary Shelley's The Last Man right now. I have no idea how I lived without this thing. Think that I have found my new 'desert island' item.

Handmade Christmas ornaments, a nightlight, and a framed photo of a beach on Kauai.
A book: "One of Our Submarines," a memoir by Edward Young, skipper of HMS Storm. From my girlfriend -- she's a keeper.
There's something to be collected at the post office, but it'll wait till Monday.

Among other swag I got

Ship Killers: A history of the American Torpedo by Wildenberg and Polmar (2010)

Very nice book and it contains history not found in Hellions of the Deep or Iron Men Tin Fish.

If you are interested in the history of torpedoes, I can recommend this one!
