OT I have done the dumb'est thing Help?

This happens to everybody at some time or another. When
something happens, mild panic sets in and you immediately
want to contact an expert about your problem. Most of the time,
if you just sit back, relax & have a cool one, the problem will
present solutions to you based from experience. A lot of
problems can be solved this way. I know, it has happened to
me many of times.....
