Problem with Flotilla base while using RUb

Maybe. I use RUB and others graphics mods (no the flotilla mod Weddigen) but I hasn't the problem in the old version of SHcdtr.

But its not only in the description. When I choose the first flotilla I begin the game en 1939 at Wilhemshaven too.

EDIT : after desinstall SH3cdtr I have the same problem. It's another mod who changed this. But I don't know what mod
