She gets two torps. Nice fire... get slow down. I`m not sure so I surfaced my U and shot from deck gun (by the way - veeery fast - too fast? 1 shot per 2-3 seconds?) to finish her course. Blow up and... I noticed this red line, not exactly on the horizon...



Any idea what happened

Red flare... is it means: S.O.S. I`m sinking like Titanic? I sunk some ships in this war... game so I missed this small signal...

Still getting crashing with this mod - suspect it may have something to do with TDW's UI mod- a clash between the two is causing a couple of issues - still trying to solve

Am getting CTD and square damage flashes when using the deck gun and huge frame rate slow down when a number of surface ships open fire with AA guns

Trying to tweak a number of things to get a solution

Maybe a very little, but NEVER as much as your picture show.

What your picture show, if it is a day without fog, it is maybe valid for Shanghai or Pekin with the pollution, but it will NEVER be like that actually, on the French coast line, as you pretend. But, of course, all this is also a matter of taste !!!

W_clear, in French we say "Sometimes, better is worst than good". This mean, that sometimes, when you want to make it always better and better, you start to get the contrary.

To my taste, it is what start to happen with your last 4.9 version. Personnaly, I have reversed foam to your previous version state by removing your new tweakings.

Actually, I search how to make a sunny day a REAL sunny day. Can-you tell me what should I change ?

ACSoft, you're right. The air on the North Sea and Atlantic is clear (= transparent) on a clear day (not fuzzy). Back in WW2 days there was also much less pollution in the air than today in certain high populated, heavy industry areas. However, reality/realism is NOT a matter of taste, it either is or it is not, like a woman cannot be a little bit pregnant.
