I think you'll find that all of the subsequent Silent Hunter games from SH3 onwards do not emulate many of the features SH2brought to the table. Mainly, because Sh2 was considered a flop.

1. There is a percentage value for each and a visual reference.

3.DC is a SH2 function. Many however are calling for its return. If you want something similar, takeup the MP in Sh3 with the surface warfare mod.
4. There are a number of tactics and strategies to make long range kills without using the games TDC.

From what you mention in SH2s needs, many of these features have been implemented in all subsequent SH games (except #1)
