Great work there and a great lesson for all that most will ignore or forget. Eye candy alone will never make a great simulation. At inappropriate levels it actually becomes the enemy of great simulation. With enough eye candy porn it may even make simulation unnecessary at all to sell a game. At that level we all lose. The game that is heaven to look at becomes hell to play.

But it doesn't matter. They already lured your money with the false glimpse at heaven. Whether that money comes from genuine achievement in producing a product simulation junkies want or from tricking them by showing pretty pictures is of no consequence to them. Their only definition of success is measured in terms of money. They don't realize that legitimate profit comes from real success in meeting the needs and wants of their valuable customers.

Maybe I'm being too generous. Perhaps they know but merely chose to ignore the real meaning of success. Perhaps they really do equate selling a counterfeit with selling a Van Gogh if they end up with the same amount of cash.
